Our Services

We treat many different musculoskeletal injuries associated with trauma, sports, surgical repair, and wear and tear for patients of all ages. We also offer other programs to improve your overall wellness. Check out our services as well as the some of the injuries we treat and various techniques we use.

What We Offer

Let us know what you need so we can tailor your rehab or wellness program specifically to your needs and goals.

Orthopedic Manual Therapy

We utilize various manual therapy techniques along with skilled exercise to address your pain and injury. All appointments are one hour long directly with your physical therapist.

Maintenance Programs

For individuals who have completed PT to treat an injury but still want to work on wellness or sport goals, a skilled therapist can work with you on personalized or sport-specific exercises. This service is not covered by insurance.

We provide telehealth if you prefer to work on your PT goals from home! We help you address your injury and pain by showing you self-manual techniques, exercises, and stretches to effectively treat your condition. New patient evaluations last 1 hour to allow time to go over your symptoms and any imaging and test results. Follow up appointments are 30 minutes.

Running Assessment and Training

GFPT’s Dr. Sarah Bellman provides running assessment and training using the Pose Method which focuses on pulling your feet off the ground (instead of pushing off) and using gravity to your advantage to produce speed. This method utilizes the body’s natural muscle elasticity to run efficiently and reduce injury.

Ergonomic Assessment

We assess your home workstation to identify changes to improve posture, mechanics, and minimize pain. We also provide exercises tailored to your needs to allow you to get through the workday pain free. This service is also offered to local businesses to address the needs of their employees.

Dance, Golf and Sport- Specific Screenings

We conduct a functional assessment, review your sport-specific goals, determine where you may be at risk for injury, and provide you with exercises and instruction to improve your skills and prevent injury.
