Great Falls Physical Therapy is excited to announce a new partnership with Applied Performance Physical Therapy to bring specialized Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy services to the Great Falls community.
This collaboration combines the trusted, patient-centered care of Great Falls Physical Therapy with Applied Performance Physical Therapy's expertise in pelvic health rehabilitation. Together, we are expanding access to evidence-based care for individuals experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, urinary or bowel issues, pelvic pain, and other related conditions.
By partnering together, our shared goal is to provide comprehensive, compassionate care close to home, making it easier for patients in the Great Falls area to receive the specialized treatment they need.

Kelly Leininger, PT, DPT, COMT, CSCS
A certified orthopedic and strength specialist, Kelly blends manual therapy, dry needling, and functional rehab to treat orthopedic, pregnancy, and postpartum conditions in active individuals of all ages.
Kelly graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Rehabilitation Science and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Pitt in 2005. She is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Kelly has experience treating an extensive variety of conditions in patients ranging from adolescents to geriatrics, including high school, college, recreational, and professional athletes. Throughout a treatment session she emphasizes an evidence-based approach combining manual therapy techniques and dry needling along with functional retraining to return patients to their optimal level of function. After having three children, she has a special interest in working with individuals navigating pregnancy and postpartum care.
Kelly views medicine as a team approach between the patient, physician, therapist, and other healthcare providers to expedite a patient's recovery. She owns Applied Performance Physical Therapy and Washington Wellness Physical Therapy in Washington, D.C.

Virginia is a Direct Access State, so most patients can start physical therapy without a physician referral. Requirements can vary by situation and plan. Please call us before scheduling if you are unsure whether a referral is needed.
How do I know if pelvic floor physical therapy can help me?
We are happy to schedule an evaluation to determine if you are an appropriate candidate for physical therapy services. If your diagnosis is out of our scope, we will work with you to determine an appropriate referral. What should I wear?
