## Care Model

Great Falls Physical Therapy provides one patient per therapist per hour. Appointments are private, individualized, and directly with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. The practice is out of network so treatment plans can be based on clinical judgment, best current evidence, and patient goals instead of shortened in-network visit structures.
